Our Client Success team is our service hub and is responsible for helping clients integrate our technology with a wide variety of other systems and for ultimately ensuring that our clients are able to optimize our technology to meet their objectives. Tru Optik’s clients service philosophy is to establish long-standing client relationships based foremost on trust and high-touch proactive service.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We seek an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated ClientSuccess Manager based in Stamford, CT. This person will use deep understanding of Tru Optik’s technology & services capabilities combined with up-to-date knowledge of each client’s business model and objectives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and help maximize client and Tru Optik revenue. The Client Success Manager also assumes responsibility for client and partner communications during the implementation process and is responsible for achieving on-time launches of expansion projects for existing customers.

This position will report to the Chief Client Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  1. Understand, track, and follow-up on all open projects as well as their prioritization towards supporting the strategic vision of the account as articulated by the sales and revenue teams.
  2. Be able to understand and use Tru Optik’s technologies be able to provide general guidance on how to use our products
  3. Deeply understand each client’s business including business models, key operating statistics, high-level technical architectures and key partnerships.
  4. Directly oversee, prioritize and quarterback all new major technology installations as well as ongoing expansion projects. While not directly responsible for revenue, you can have a material impact on the business by nailing on-time implementations.
  5. Work closely with technical support teams to ensure smooth operations of day-day customer support.
  6. Assist clients in selecting the best data solutions given their requirements.
  7. Manage the collection and relative prioritization of new feature requests. Submit through to product management and see through to completion.
  8. Work closely and help lead Tru Optik training teams to facilitate the continued education of our customers.

ABOUT YOU
  • BA/BS degree and 3-6 years experience with internet technologies
  • 3-6 years experience in the online advertising/internet marketing field in a client-facing capacity
  • Understand the online video business and/or data solutions that add value
  • Possess the leadership skills necessary to work with a large and complex client, acting as the primary point of contact day-to-day
  • Any experience working directly with more traditional television businesses can be a plus
  • Demonstrate a track record of exemplary project and program management skills
  • Able to prioritize requests and workload, keep to-do lists, and prioritize those lists both within and across a book of business
  • Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excited to help large companies manage their successful use of enterprise-focused technology
  • Value answering client questions in a highly timely manner and able to marshal internal resources to do so where needed.

FRONT-END-SOFTWARE ENGINEER

THE OPPORTUNITY

We seek an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Front-End SoftwareEngineer based in Stamford, CT. Tru Optik is looking for engineers who will contribute to our efforts in designing and implementing the critical distributed systems infrastructure that supports our data marketplace, data management platform, and audience measurement tools. Our challenge is to build and refine an intuitive and cross-functional interface on top of one of the world’s largest and most granular, real-time algorithmically updated, data sets. Tru Optik is a fast-paced startup environment, where we value team members that can apply past knowledge but think out of the box and independently and collaboratively look for creative ways to solve complex problems.

This position will report to the Front-End Software Development Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  1. Application development and support of digital product and services
  2. Design and implement features evolving our online advertising and data management product offerings
  3. Participate in software design meetings and analyze client/partner needs to determine technical requirements
  4. Clearly communicate the status of technology projects to executive team

ABOUT YOU
  • BSin Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience with proven results
  • 2+ years software development experience
  • Understanding of Web Standards, Accessibility, and command of Semantic markup (XHTML, HTML5)
  • Experience with JavaScript based web applications (JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS3)
  • Ability to script and code in Unix BASH and either PHP, Python or Node or other relevant languages
  • Experience developing for mobile devices and responsive design
  • Excellent written documentation and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive “get it done” mentality
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, a creative and methodical thinker
  • Self-critiquing, open to feedback, always improving, highly collaborative
