Andre is a proven leader and entrepreneur with a wide range of experience in marketing, finance and starting and growing companies. As CEO and Co-founder of Tru Optik, he has led the company’s business development, product innovation and go to market strategy. Under Andre’s leadership, Tru Optik has become the preferred over-the-top data and technology partner for many of the world’s largest media companies, brands and agencies. Before founding Tru Optik, Andre served as Vice President of Investments at JP Morgan Chase and also led the Media and Entertainment division at a boutique investment bank in New York City.
Frans has over 20 years of experience in TV, digital, mobile, SaaS sales strategy and corporate development. In his role as COO, Frans is responsible for growing Tru Optik’s enterprise partnerships and product suite throughout the TV ecosystem. Additionally, he leads business operations and is implementing the strategy to expand Tru Optik’s teams domestically and abroad. Frans previously served as the Vice President of Advanced Strategy and Operations at Comcast where he focused on global advertising strategy, related technologies, partnerships/corporate development and the acquisitions of ThisTechnology, Adazzle, VisibleWorld and StickyAds.tv. Prior to Comcast, Frans served as Senior Vice President of Global Solutions and Corporate Development at FreeWheel leading to the company’s acquisition by Comcast.
Marc has over 30 years of experience in technology leadership and as Tru Optik’s CTO, he manages the day-to-day software development and network operations for the business. Marc began his career leading technology development at MovieFone through its successful IPO and ultimate acquisition by AOL. While at AOL, Marc lead six product development teams spanning the globe and responsible for the company’s Streaming Media, Video Advertising and O&O media properties. He went on to lead the digital technology division at Rodale and later was appointed CTO at KickApps until its acquisition by Piksel where he led development of broadcast grade IPTV software solutions for the Telecom and MVPD industries.
Michelle is an experienced executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across entertainment, healthcare and advertising technology. In her current role, Michelle is responsible for managing Tru Optik's Client Success and Solutions Engineering teams. Under her leadership, the company has maintained one hundred percent enterprise client retention for four consecutive years. Michelle has also secured and integrated some the largest data partnerships across the history of the OTT space navigating Tru Optik deals with Oracle, ComScore and others. Prior to joining Tru Optik in 2014, Michelle managed the outpatient rehab center at Western Connecticut Health.
David has over 25 years of experience in consulting, strategy development, business analytics and product management. David is responsible for aligning Tru Optik's solution portfolio with marketplace needs by leveraging internal capabilities and identifying external assets that enhance Tru Optik's ability to help companies monetize and measure streaming media. Prior to joining Tru Optik, David led the E-Commerce Practice Area at Nielsen, where his team worked with many of the world’s largest advertisers and retailers to develop winning data-driven e-commerce strategies. David previously headed the Business Insights function at Ocean Spray Cranberries and consulted for emotion-recognition platform Affectiva.
Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment, media and internet industries and was an early adopter and advocate of CTV advertising. At Tru Optik, Jonathan is responsible for privacy compliance and enterprise business negotiations and leads Tru Optik's privacy.tv solution, enabling consumers to manage their participation in targeted OTT advertising campaigns. Prior to joining Tru Optik, he was Senior Vice President of Precision Video at Publicis Media, leading the Precision Video Center of Excellence, which provides consultative expertise to Publicis Media’s constituent media agencies across Addressable TV, Data-Driven Linear TV, and OTT/Connected TV.
Richard comes to Tru Optik with over 20 years of experience in both sales and business development roles in digital media and ad tech across all platforms including video, data and mobile. As EVP of Sales, he is responsible for growing Tru Optik’s revenue, partnerships and global expansion. Richard was President & Chief Revenue Officer for Receptiv, an early stage in-app mobile video company acquired by Verve in 2018. He built their formalized programmatic sales channel and expanded reach to Ad Age 100 brands and global agencies. Richard has held key management positions at Quantcast, Westwood One, Dow Jones and Yahoo!. As Yahoo!’s first Vice President of Political Advertising, a unit he co-founded in 2007, Richard is considered a pioneer in online political advertising.
